Refund policy

     - The buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods or exchange them within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order in the following cases:

                                              - The item is not used;

                                              - The item is packed in the original packaging with original brand labels and is complete;

                                              - The item is not stained, wrinkled, or otherwise damaged.


- To refuse the ordered item, the Buyer fills out the Refusal form (Cancellation_rights_form.pdf) and sends it electronically to the Seller at the email eksg.sia@gmail.com;

- The costs associated with the return of goods due to the Buyer's refusal are borne by the Buyer;

- The seller will refund the money to the buyer's bank account within 14 days from the moment of receiving the goods;

- In cases where the Buyer has requested changes to the goods and they are produced to individual order, the Seller does not accept returns or exchanges of the goods.MK 255 22nd point);

- In cases where deficiencies in the delivered goods or defects in the goods are found, the Seller covers all costs associated with the exchange or return of the goods;

- In case the Buyer wishes to exchange goods, the costs associated with the exchange of goods (the costs of resending the exchanged goods with OMNIVA - 2.99 EUR / Post - 2.89 EUR) are borne by the Buyer. The Buyer will be issued an invoice for the repeated delivery for the exchange of goods according to the chosen delivery method.

- The buyer can exchange and return goods at the office of Šarlotes audumi, Vilku iela 12 - 64, Cēsis, Cēsu nov., LV-4101, Latvia.

According to the laws approved by the Republic of Latvia, certain goods cannot be returned:

  • tobacco and tobacco products;
  • perfume, cosmetics or hygiene products;
  • photo and cinematography products;
  • printed books, reproductions and other typographic products;
  • fabrics;
  • rugs, excluding carpets and floor coverings;
  • knitted or crocheted men's, boys', women's or girls' underwear;
  • children's clothes;
  • tights, socks and similar products;
  • men's, boys', women's or girls' panties and other underwear products, nightgowns, pajamas and similar products;
  • bras, vests, corsets and similar products;
  • pearls, gemstones, precious metals and their products, excluding jewelry;
  • machines and mechanical devices;
  • electric machines and apparatus, sound recording and reproducing devices, as well as television image and sound recording and reproducing devices;
  • land vehicles;
  • ships, boats and floating structures;
  • optical, photographic, cinematographic, measuring, testing, medical or surgical instruments and apparatus;
  • watches;
  • musical instruments;
  • weapons and ammunition;
  • furniture, bedding accessories, lamps;
  • toys, games, excluding sports and fishing accessories;
  • artworks, collectible items and antiques;
  • plants, animals and food products of appropriate quality;
  • weighing and measuring goods that have been specially prepared, sliced, and similar at the request of the consumer.

 

 Packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
