The Seller delivers the order to the Buyer in accordance with the delivery method selected by the Buyer.

Delivery methods, prices, and estimated timeframes are listed below. The final delivery price is shown at checkout after the country and delivery method have been selected.

Delivery timeframes

  • In Latvia, delivery to an Omniva parcel locker is usually completed within 1-2 business days.
  • For other delivery methods and countries, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
  • Orders are processed on business days. If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing begins on the next business day.
  • If an item is available as a pre-order and the product description states PRE-ORDER, the delivery or dispatch timeframe specified in the product description applies.
  • If the item is not in the Seller's warehouse, the Seller dispatches or hands over the item within 5-14 business days from the moment the Seller has received payment for the order.
  • In urgent cases, the Buyer may contact the Seller before placing the order to arrange possible faster dispatch or handover.

Free delivery: In Latvia, delivery to an Omniva parcel locker is free for orders from 70,00 €, if this delivery option is selected at checkout.

Availability of DPD parcel lockers outside the Baltic States depends on the active pickup locations in the selected country. If a parcel locker is not available in the relevant region, courier delivery or another delivery method may be offered at checkout.

Other delivery methods

If the Buyer wishes to receive the order using another delivery method, this must be agreed with the Seller in advance. Delivery outside the countries listed in the table is possible only by separate agreement, if the Seller is able to provide such delivery.

Local pickup

If the Buyer chooses to collect the order in person at Jāņa Poruka ielā 23, Cēsis, Cēsu nov., LV-4101, Latvia, the Seller informs the Buyer of the pickup date and time by email or another communication method specified by the Buyer.

The order must be collected within 3 business days after the Seller has informed the Buyer that the order is ready for pickup, unless another individual agreement has been reached.

Buyer's obligations

  • The Buyer undertakes to provide an accurate delivery address, phone number, and email address.
  • The Buyer is responsible for receiving the order at the selected delivery location or from the courier.
  • A valid identity document may be requested upon receipt of the goods.
  • The order may be received by the Buyer or another person indicated at the time of placing the order.
  • If, at the time of courier delivery, the Buyer does not accept the goods personally, but the goods are handed over to a person present at the address specified by the Buyer, the delivery is considered completed.

Parcel locker and pickup point terms

  • The order must be collected within the timeframe specified in the received SMS or email notification.
  • Omniva parcel lockers can receive shipments weighing up to 30 kg.
  • DPD Pickup points and DPD parcel lockers can receive shipments weighing up to 20 kg per package.
  • If the size or weight of the goods exceeds the parcel locker or pickup point limits, only courier delivery or another individually agreed delivery method may be available for the order.

Courier delivery

  • Courier delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer.
  • Payment for delivery to an address does not include carrying the ordered goods above the first floor, unless separately agreed.
  • If the courier cannot deliver the order due to an inaccurate address, incorrect phone number, the Buyer's unavailability, or other reasons attributable to the Buyer, delivery may be delayed or the order may be returned to the Seller.

Delivery delays

  • If delivery is delayed, the Seller informs the Buyer as soon as the delay is identified.
  • The delivery timeframes stated in the product description and in this delivery policy are estimated timeframes.
  • Delivery timeframes do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the required goods in stock and the Buyer is informed of this.
  • In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In such a case, the Seller contacts the Buyer and agrees on the next steps.
  • The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays arising from the actions of the delivery service provider, inaccurate data provided by the Buyer, or other circumstances beyond the Seller's control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Shipment inspection upon receipt

Upon receiving the order, the Buyer must check the external condition of the shipment and packaging. If the packaging is damaged, wet, wrinkled, torn, or otherwise externally damaged, the Buyer must note this on the delivery document, if one is signed, and inform the Seller as soon as possible.

If damage to the goods or discrepancies in the contents are found, the Buyer must contact the Seller and attach photos of the damage or discrepancies. This helps assess the situation more quickly and resolve the matter with the delivery service provider.

Uncollected or undelivered orders

  • If the Buyer does not collect the order within the specified timeframe or the order cannot be handed over to the Buyer, the order may be returned to the Seller.
  • If the order has been paid for, the Seller contacts the Buyer to agree on redelivery or order cancellation.
  • Additional charges may apply for redelivery.
  • If the order is cancelled due to non-collection or non-delivery, the amount paid for the goods is refunded to the Buyer. Actually incurred delivery, return, or other costs related to non-collection of the order may be deducted from the refund, if such deduction is applicable under the law.
  • If the Buyer has not made payment and the order cannot be handed over or is not collected within the specified timeframe, the order is cancelled.

Liability and transfer of risk

The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer at the moment the goods are handed over to the Buyer, to a person specified by the Buyer, or to the pickup point specified by the delivery service provider, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This delivery policy supplements the Seller's distance contract, right of withdrawal, returns, and other store terms if they are published separately.
