Kokvilninė kilpinė trikotažo medžiaga (French Terry) yra minkštas, patogus ir šiek tiek elastingas audinys su elastanu sudėtyje.

 Viena jo pusė yra lygi, o kita – su smulkia kilpine struktūra, suteikiančia papildomo komforto ir šilumos.

Šis audinys idealiai tinka sportinei aprangai, laisvalaikio drabužiams, kepurėms, džemperiams, kelnėms ir vaikiškiems drabužiams.

Siuvant iš medvilninio trikotažo, rekomenduojama naudoti Jersey arba Stretch adatas jei trikotažas yra labai elastingas, tuomet rekomenduojama naudoti Super Stretch adatas, kurios specialiai sukurtos elastingiems audiniams. Šios adatos turi suapvalintą galiuką, todėl jos lengvai slysta tarp trikotažo pluoštų, nepažeisdamos audinio. Adatos dydis paprastai yra   70/10 arba 80/12.
